Fatima AbdoFatima Abdo is an Associate Attorney committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation, with a primary focus on family law. Admitted to practice in California in 2024, Fatima earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she concentrated in Elder Health Law and became a certified mediator.

Fatima is deeply dedicated to advocating for clients through emotionally charged legal situations. Her legal experience, which spans several areas of law, has shaped her strong commitment to family law. At Community Legal Services, Fatima worked extensively in elder law, probate, estate planning, and elder health issues, gaining insight into the sensitive family dynamics often involved in these matters, such as asset protection and caregiving concerns.

Her work at the Public Defender’s Office further developed her litigation skills, where she represented clients in high-pressure mental health diversion hearings, ensuring their legal rights were upheld in complex situations. These experiences have equipped Fatima with the strong advocacy and empathy needed to guide clients through challenging family law issues, including custody, divorce, and domestic violence.

Fatima is dedicated to helping her clients understand their legal rights and empowering them to move forward with confidence during difficult transitions. Her passion for family law, combined with her diverse background, makes her a compassionate and skilled advocate for individuals facing family disputes, asset division, and complex custody issues.

In her free time, Fatima stays active and balanced through recreational volleyball, piano lessons, tennis, and attending concerts.
